Job description
We are looking for a UX/UI Junior to join our team and work on creating intuitive, functional and visually consistent digital experiences. This professional will be responsible for turning business needs and user insights into efficient solutions for web and/or mobile products, actively taking part in the discovery, prototyping, validation and continuous evolution stages.
We are looking for someone with strategic vision and attention to detail, who uses modern tools — including Artificial Intelligence — to enhance project creation and contribute directly to the quality of the user experience and product results.
🎯 Responsibilities
Use Artificial Intelligence tools for prototyping and project creation
Support the design of flows, screens and components for web and/or mobile products
Take part in user research (interviews, usability tests and feedback analysis)
Collaborate with multiple teams to define feasible and consistent solutions
Organize and evolve components in a Design System (when applicable)
Monitor post-release metrics and results to propose continuous improvements
Ensure accessibility and visual and functional consistency in deliveries
Requirements
Portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, Notion, PDF or website) with UX/UI or product projects
A grasp of UX: discovery, user journey, information architecture and usability
A grasp of UI: visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, grid and components
Familiarity with Figma (main) and FigJam
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools
Good communication and the ability to receive and apply feedback
Organization to document and present design decisions

Experience with a Design System (components, tokens and guidelines)
Basic knowledge of handoff for development (specs, states and responsiveness)
A grasp of product metrics (funnel, activation, retention) and experimentation
Interest in accessibility (WCAG)
Experience with B2B/SaaS products or internal platforms
