The Officer for the Processing of Personal Data at Moura Sistemas de gestão is responsible for ensuring compliance with Law No. 13,709 of 2018, known as the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD), ensuring that the processing of personal data is always carried out appropriately, as well as being the communication channel between the Controller, the Data Holders and the National Data Protection Authority – ANPD.
Given the need to appoint an Officer for the Processing of Personal Data as per art. 41 of the LGPD, the Data Officer of Moura Sistemas de Gestão is Felipe de Carvalho Moura.

10. CHOICE OF VENUE
