Job description
The professional will be responsible for handling user tickets and incidents, carrying out error analysis and reproduction to support the team in diagnosis. They will also contribute to the documentation of processes and solutions, ensuring clarity and organization of information. In addition, they will collaborate with the squads in identifying continuous improvements for products and services.

Requirements and qualifications:
Java 11+;
Spring Framework;
Relational Databases;
Previous experience in user support;
Basic understanding of APIs and experience with Postman;
Knowledge of Java;
Good communication, organization and proactivity.
Pluses: Jira, Confluence, an interest in learning about microservices, Spring Boot and DevOps.
