ShopMoura Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect the personal and business information provided by users when using our application.
By creating an account and using the services offered by ShopMoura, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

    • Accesses

      When accessing ShopMoura, we collect information from your device such as IP address, browser model and information relevant to compatibility with the solution.

    • Personal data

      Personal data is only collected if the user provides it on the order completion screen in the cart. This data is transmitted to the person responsible for the store.
       

  2. Use of Information:

    • Service Improvement

      We use the information collected to improve our services, personalize the user experience and optimize the effectiveness of ShopMoura.

    • Communications

      The personal address, e-mail address and telephone provided during the order will be used for communications related to the service of the shopkeeper responsible for the store within ShopMoura, such as updates, alerts and notifications. The ShopMoura solution does not use this personal information.

      The sharing of personal information is carried out only with the person responsible for the store within ShopMoura, except when necessary to provide the services requested by the user or when required by law.

      We may share non-personal information with strategic business partners to improve our services and offer additional features.

      We implement physical, technical and administrative security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

    Through the use of ShopMoura, you accept this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use specific to each solution.

    Protect your data. Adopt additional security measures to ensure that you are using up-to-date devices and browsers with antivirus and anti-spyware that verify the authenticity of the sites you browse on the internet. Create strong and different passwords, always.

    In case of questions relating to this Privacy Policy, as well as the Terms of Use, you should contact us exclusively through the e-mail privacidade@jnmoura.com.br. We created this contact channel with you precisely so that our service and response are carried out as quickly as possible, respecting the importance that you have for our actions.

    The Officer for the Processing of Personal Data is responsible for ensuring compliance with Law No. 13,709 of 2018, known as the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD), ensuring that the processing of personal data is always carried out appropriately, as well as being the communication channel between the Controller, the Data Holders and the National Data Protection Authority – ANPD.
     

  10. Applicable legislation:

    All the rules, conditions, obligations, as well as all the other provisions contained in this Privacy Policy, will be governed by the legislation in force in the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular, but not limited to, the General Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

  11. CHOICE OF VENUE:

    You are aware of and agree with the choice of the venue of the District of Araraquara, State of São Paulo, to have jurisdiction over any dispute that may eventually occur relating to this Privacy Policy and to matters regarding the interpretation, compliance or any other question related to this Privacy Policy and use of Personal Data, as well as the Terms of Use, with the exception of complaints presented by visitors who fall within the legal concept of consumers, when they may submit such complaints to the venue of their domicile.
