Job description
Interface Design and Prototyping: Collaborate with the design and product team on creating wireframes, prototypes and navigation flows that elevate the user experience.
Defining the Information Architecture: Support the mapping of journeys and the clear and intuitive organization of information and navigation flows for the product.
User Research: Work with the research team at all stages of the process, from planning and recruitment to data analysis and insight discovery. It will be an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, as well as contributing to the creation of user-centered solutions.
Insight-Based Iteration: Continuously refine the design based on feedback and insights gathered during validations.
Design Documentation: Collaborate on organized documentation of processes, research and design artifacts, keeping files and flows in Figma organized and accessible.
Collaboration and Communication: Take part in brainstorms and workshops with multidisciplinary teams to generate innovative ideas and solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Requirements
An interest in deeply understanding users' needs and applying this knowledge to projects.
A willingness to learn and experiment, treating mistakes as part of the development process.
Good communication and the ability to work in a team, with a sense of collaboration and the exchange of ideas.
An affinity with UI and tools such as Figma, as well as a good aesthetic sense and attention to responsive design.
Organization and an interest in working with component libraries and design systems.
A critical view of the user experience, advocating for the satisfaction and success of users in their interactions with the product.
Autonomy and proactivity, with a strong sense of experimentation and creativity.
